Peter Liebman, Managing Member
Peter Liebman is a Managing Member of C&O Real Estate Partners. Raised in the Philadelphia area, Peter has worked within the Philadelphia and D.C. real estate communities since 2018. Prior to founding C&O Real Estate Partners, Peter co-led the development team at a national asset management firm with over $10 billion of real estate assets under management as a Vice President of Development. Additionally, Peter worked at Stonebridge in Washington DC, responsible for all financial, asset management, acquisition and dispositions efforts for new and existing investments totaling over $700 million in market capitalizations. Since 2018, Peter has also worked at SPMC Urban Properties, specializing in the acquisition of retail real estate in the Mid-Atlantic region and urban mixed-use acquisitions in the District of Columbia.
